Someone already accused me of being a Sifu shill, and I genuinely wish I was being payed to rep that game as hard as I try to, but is simply a game I love.
While the game structure is shorter (it's a stage-based beat 'em up brawler), no other game has used a system as similar to Sekiro’s deflection as well as Sifu has. I'm sure Lies of P is a fine choice too, I'm just throwing Sifu in the ring so you might consider it. And while Sifu might be similar to Sekiro, it's overall a fairly different beast and one well worth learning as a new thing as opposed to coming at it with the Sekiro mindset.
I hope you give it a shot. And just to be clear, while the main campaign might be somewhat short, getting the true ending takes a good bit of practice, and there's a higher difficulty, combat modifiers and an arena challenge mode to try as well. There's plenty of replayability.
