Mine is also screen tearing like a MF. A fix would be great about now.

Download RivaTunerStatistics and set the framerate cap on Sekiro to 59 FPS with that. I haven't tried it specifically on Sekiro, but that is the way I fixed the same issue in DS3

Yup. I've even got Gsync setup. Framerate seems great but it's tearing badly for me so far.

I Tried on and off on with V sync and its still tearing. The only thing that stops it is windowed mode :/

Weird. So I didn't see a vsync option in the game, but I set my Nvidia Control Panel VSYNC option to "Fast", and that seems to have the tearing under control.

Guy with gsync says he got tearing. Wow.

I can confirm that changing VSync to FAST solves the screen tearing problem.

Here are my specs: https://valid.x86.fr/sxp44y

...so for now that's the solution. It's better than to play in window mode.

Know this is an old thread. But changing v-sync to fast in nvidia control panel did not work for me. It tears no matter what in Fullscreen. I'm using a 144hz monitor with G-Sync.

Honestly, in my case guys it was the CPU overclock that wasn't stable.I have set the Cache overclock from minimum "37" to "Auto" and left the max "37". I experience no tearing whatsoever now.

I have a 1080ti, G-Sync mointor and an I7 6850k CPU.

check your overclock it might be it that is not completely stable.
hope that helps somebody.

Vsync fast worked for me. Using RTX4070. Thank you!
