Expensive? It's standard price for a game. 60 bucks is cheap even, some games started going with 70 now (which will happen for all big games in the next 2-3 years)

Actually it doesn't change that, simply he explained that this price isn't as high as you may think; its higher than some indie games' price, but there are even more expensive games, just think about how you gotta spend probably more than 1k to play the sims.
If 80$ is too much for ya find a job or a cheaper hobby, complaining about the price of something you can't afford won't make it magically cheap, at most you can wait for the sale

Because you normally use the word expensive in comparison to other similar things.
A house for 1000 bucks is not expensive. A game for 1000 bucks would be very expensive. That also has nothing to do with the fact that you can't pay the 1000 for the house.

This game is on the lower end of the standard 60 to 70 bucks pricing for triple A games.
