As soon as game starts, take the 8 villagers on the left and build mining camp on the left near the gold mine (red doesn't attack immediately so you have to take all the gold quickly, if you do this later, red will kill all your villagers).
Meanwhile take the other 8 villagers on the right and move to the right side and build your new towncenter between the cliffs and trees. Do not build your base in the starting position, you will easily get overrun, unless you are a good player.
While these 2 groups are building, take all your army and move north and kill the first group of yellow and wait for green to request your help to clear the stone quarry. But do NOT send your army further, most of your camel riders will die. Camel riders are very useless but extremely powerful when upgraded to Imperial, so save them for the upgrade.
Once your new towncenter is built between the trees and cliff, create lots of villagers. tell them to clear all the trees and once a patch is big enough, build farms. Meanwhile send one villager to build a stone gate on the other side of the north river (3 blocks space) and send another villager to build wall and gate on the left side of the new towncenter between tree and cliff. Tell villagers to chop wood between gate and towncenter so that you can build a castle there later.
By this time your army would have killed the first yellow group (see above). Keep your 3 armoured elephants inside green's base for safe-keeping. Send around 5 villagers and build a church inside green's base, and a barrack outside green's base. Create a priest and heal your army quickly, and once barrack is built, create lots of spearmen, also known as trash units since they don't require gold. You have to really conserve gold in this mission.
Make sure you reach the population limit, because red will soon start attacking your original base and destroy your existing houses, hence preventing you from making more units later.
Now with the new batch of spearmen and existing army, go further north and kill the rest of yellow. But once you do this, pull back all your army to your new towncenter to defend it. Bring the 5 villagers up there and seal off the path with palisade walls to prevent your ally (green) from mining the stones. :D Use your villagers inside to mine all the stones, but build one lumber camp also. This is important.
Your army is now back at your new towncenter to defend it, green will defend the first wave of red attack above so don't worry about that.
Once you have enough stones, build a castle as mentioned above, between the walls and towncenter. Use your army around it to defend from blue and purple. By this time, the first group of villagers who were mining gold would have completed, bring them back to your new base too. There would also be enough space by now in your new base area (between trees and cliffs) and create a stable to upgrade your camel riders, and archery.
Soon red will attack your starting base. Let that happen. Don't try to save it, focus on trying to upgrade your camel riders and spearmen, and defending your new towncenter. It is also easier to defend from red in the narrow paths than in the open field (starting base area) because red has many fast moving units like ghulams, skirmishers and light cavalry.
Once your starting base is destroyed, you will have far more population than houses. This is where the lumber camp near the stone quarry above is important. The villagers would have cleared most of the trees there so start building houses in that narrow path leading to the stones, so that you can soon start creating more units again.
You'll also have enough stones by now to build another castle so you can build this below green's gate in the narrow path. Build blacksmith and university near it and upgrade.
It is of great importance to reach imperial age quickly and upgrade your camel riders, because red will soon start attacking you with trebuchets. And this is where you keep saving and replaying. Get rid of the trebs as quick as possible using your upgraded camel riders, while spamming more trash units (spearmen and skirmishers) to take care of its army. Do not create any units that require gold like archers and swordsmen, except for camel riders.
And if you do this right, you can eventually win.
Build a siege workshop, create one more armoured elephant, and with the 3 armoured elephants you have hidden in green's base, go destroy the rubble blocking the path, get the new priests and relics and bring them back to your church inside green's base. You'll also get Mangudais from this path later when you start attacking.
Start sending your fully upgraded Imperial camels to destroy all the surrounding buildings to get the required gold. I started with red because it keeps sending trebuchets, the other two don't, so defending from them is not that difficult. And after many saves and replays, I finally won.
Hope this helps.
I believe the bug is where you have made allies but cannot ask them to raid the enemy using keys 63, 64, 65 simply because there is nothing left to raid.
By killing them you forfeit this unobtainable objective.
