garrisoning siege speed resets when reloading
a new bug i've just found, or maybe it's an old bug i've never noticed before.

if i build 16 infantry, a ram (any ram) and a siege tower (with a generic civ), the ram will have an unoccupied movement speed of 0.6 and the tower 0.8.

if i fully garrison them, the ram speeds up to 0.9 and the tower 1.3. so far, so good.

however if i now save and reload, their speeds reset to 0.6 and 0.8, even fully garrisoned. if i now ungarrison them, their speeds both drop to 0.3!!! replacement siege units will still uphold their intended fully garrisoned movement speeds, but they will always be permanently slowed upon reloading.

it also appears to apply to DPS, so in other words, if you reload a game, garrisoning siege is now pointless.

probably not a major problem for those who don't prioritise rams, garrisoning or regularly saving, but this becomes particularly annoying for SP campaigns where you are limited to castle age, need to take down castles quickly, have a restricted pop cap and realise you've wasted a large portion of your resources and pop limit for infantry for the sole purpose of speeding up your rams.
