Account suspended

Yesterday got a lot of errors with ubisoft connect. After few tryes it let me in tho got few times failed with save sync. In the end I could open my AC:Odyssey game and played for few hours without problem with stable ubisoft connection (market, stories, fotos from players, etc). Today I tryed to log in and get message about account suspended.

Also option "Remember me" do not working at all.

Hi HellSmile,

I'm sorry to hear that your account has been suspended.

The temporary suspension on your account is a security measure put in place to prevent fraud attempts.

We would advise waiting 20 - 60 minutes before logging in again, as every attempt while the account is suspended will extend the lockout.

If you still can't log in after 1 hour please try again in 24 hours.

With regards to the 'Remember Me' option not working, can you please create a support case and our support team will look into this for you:
