育碧无法帮助我更改错误绑定的育碧账号Ubisoft can't help me change my incorrectly linked Ubisoft account
我购买的刺客信条奥德赛错误地被绑定到了一个其他人在我设备中登陆过的账号,因此我联系官方客服请求帮助我更改,但官方客服却要求我提供错误绑定的账号的邮箱里的验证代码,可这个号是别人的,且在联系他之后表示该邮箱已经停用无法提供验证代码,所以育碧官方如何帮助我解决???我可以提供steam的消费记录等一切证明我拥有此游戏的权利,也请官方保证消费者的利益。
The Assassin's Creed Odyssey I purchased was mistakenly bound to an account that someone else had logged in to my device, so I contacted the official customer service to ask for help me change it, but the official customer service asked me to provide the verification code in the email address of the incorrectly bound account, but this number is someone else's, and after contacting him, he said that the email address has been deactivated and cannot provide the verification code, so how can Ubisoft officially help me solve it??? I can provide Steam consumption records and other proof that I own the rights to this game, and please officially guarantee the interests of consumers.

Sorry to hear it.
I would advise you to ask the person who has the game on their account to contact our support, explain the situation and ask to transfer the game to your account.

He himself agreed, but he lost his email account himself, so he and I could only log in to the wrong Ubisoft account, but not to the mailbox, can I help with the transfer, I can show the payment history and serial number activation history of the game on my computer, which really appreciates you guys

I have to ask me to provide a verification code on the Ubisoft website, but we can't provide the verification code because of the invalid email address, if I can provide my payment history, I don't know if you can help me with this

Hi, you would need to ask the person who's account the game is registered to, to fill in an account recovery form. Our support team can then help them regain access to the account by changing the email address:
