Literally (I mean it) same performance no matter the settings.
My PC
1080ti
i7-4770k (oc'ed to 4,3 but when i turn it off i just get worse performance overall)
16gigs of ram
Game is on SSD
1080p

So except for clouds and depth of field no setting actually changes the performance for me, game runs mostly fine with 70-80 outside of cities but dips heavily to 45-55. I tried to achieve stable 60 but no matter the settings it just doesn't change anything.

Even bigger problem is that it doesn't sit on one value and just varies constantly from said range making sutter very uncomfortable experience.

What I tried:
Disabling fast boot
Setting max prerendered frames to 1 (but it just caused stutter with no performance change)
Disabling fullscreen optimization (but as above it just caused stutter)
Reinstalling my GPU drivers and updating every single driver I can.
Checking other similar threads.

been able to fix it? found a fix?
now im getting horrible shattering and freezes after the last Ubisoft app update on the ROG ALLY?
i have 104 hours play with it, it was running ok even on high presets and all of asudden in because of Ubisifts app or me playing with AMD adrenaline it sutters and became unplayable!
i even went back to the ROG ALLY recommended settings, turned off the Ubisoft connect overlay (somewhere some one said it helped them) and tried to go and unable automatic AMDs adrenaline settings and reseted the whole thing - BUT nothing!
any suggestions?
