Latest 1.3.4 Update
The Core/reinforced weapon slots seem to have a bug. You cannot install Point Defence weapons in them (once you've updated) and you cannot downgrade them back to ordinary weapon slots or hybrid.

This apparently is still a thing in April 2023. It's an upgraded weapon slot but doesn't allow the same modules as a normal weapon slot and also cannot be downgraded. Feels a bit like a trap since paying resources to disable my Point Defense with no way back is pretty much a universal negative.

I've not seen any feedback response in my searching for this and other issues which is disappointing.
