I dont know the english name for it. If i translate from my german language version game to english, it is the ecology-tower. It is the big ground building, that has influence of global enviroment. What is the global enviroment and what are exactly the effects of this tower?...

Before auto-upgrading, 3D printing factories cost 1 matter to create 2 (with full tech, 4); after upgraded to store, it cost 1 matter to create 4? (with full tech, 6). So when you have both printing techs, upgrading to store is not cost efficient (1/4 to 2/6), only space/time efficient, but the player cannot reverse the upgrade process.
