This game is almost as good as nuclear throne. one of the most hype games to be made to date, highly recommended to anybody with eyes, ears and fingers.

tight as heck gameplay, mysterious story, with a soundtrack to rival undertale

ZeroRanger reminds me why I love video games. The graphics, music, and general aesthetic would be believable for a game made for the SNES, but the quality of the game and the way it perfectly blends all its elements together to make an incredible shmup is something only a game that has learned from all its predecessors could do. I went into this game expecting the undertale of shmups but instead found an extremely satisfying, subversive experience that would be criminal to spoil in a review. (It's also just a fun shmup in general though)

It's also very approachable for someone who doesn't often play bullet hells or shmups with the way it does continues and level select, so I'd say it's a good play for those new to the genre as well. Practice makes perfect in these sorts of games, so don't let the vicious cycle of life and death beat you up too much, alright?
