If you are using and PS4 or xbox controller when disable all HID do not disable HID-compliant controller game controller. make sure all HID-compliant game controller are enable.

HOLY CRAP IT WORKED 11/10 <3

Can anyone please help me?
I litterly tried everything google provied me and none of it fixes my problem.
I'm having a fps drops to 0 every few seconds. My pc is very good, so that is not the problem.
I tried many compatibility .exes and xlive fixes, everything is exactly the same.
I'm on Windows 10
Intel Core i5-7400 CPU
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
I also have an integrated graphic card, i tried to run the game with it and it's exactly the same.

In case anyone is still playing this game, I followed all instructions (with downloads) at http://www.skyrim-beautification-project.com/kanelynch/index.htm and https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Kane_%26_Lynch:_Dead_Men#Stuttering and play without stuttering, lag or crashes in Windows 10 64 bit. The PCGamingWiki section on stuttering makes the disabling of Human Interface Devices unnecessary. At the time of my writing this post, this game retails for 97 cents of a euro in Steam -- great value.

Sadly I followed all the suggestons on PCgaming wiki and nothing fixes my micro stutter

Just go to your device manager, Human Interface Devices. Then disable every HID complaint device. This will not disable your keyboard or mouse, though if you have a G15 keyboard, the screen will no longer work. You can re enable it whenever you want though.
