someone else had your same issue but found no fix :/
id suggest playing with the controller since or just refund the game

you could also try more generic stuff like running the game with admin privileges, disabling steam overlay, disabling antiviruses, running the game in compatibility mode, etc. but theyre not likely to help

I guess i'll just try to play with the controler.

It sucks with controller, tbh.

If anyone had same problem with wireless gamepad: try to unplug not just gamepad, but usb-receiver too. Thats worked for me.

You replied to a very old post but your response cracked me up lol. How do you unplug a wireless gamepad from pc without unplugging the usb receiver ?

Maybe i mistaked somewhere, english is not my native language). Thats right, to turn off wireless gamepad needed to unplug usb receiver. But i find when my gamepad is off, XBOX gamepad is still in devices list. When i unplug usb receiver (with already turned off gamepad) Kane and Lynch started working properly with keyboard and mouse.
