C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Iratus Lord of the Dead\Iratus_Data\StreamingAssets\DB\monsters
the .json files for each unit are in there.

if you need examples, there are a couple of such mods in the Nexus mods dowloads for Iratus you can look at.
