I have good Internet connection but says "No connection to the server" so I can't play online races, I tried everything but still don't work

Not what you think I have seen a few clips online now of people using no TC, this to me shows a few things. Other day i saw Game muscles video stating this game is done and everyone is moving to LMU. Is this true?
