Recently humblebundle sell all the game in a pack and I want to know the correct order to play it if some1 know :)

I thought Project Mikhail was more like a side story

Project Mikhail is a side story and a very different genre. HB has the complete main series and everything from the core series.

Main story is Extra -> Unlimited -> Alternative.
Total Eclipse is a side story that runs parallel with Alternative.
The Day After is a sequel to Unlimited, taking place in the same setting but further along.
