Game stuck in future shock

I'm in the last stage of future shock, I've killed everyone and when I go to the captain, the captain goes to the fire and there is no cutscene. what should I do?

That parts just bugged sadly, game devs couldn't find a solution and now its kinda permanent :/

I have the same issue as well, so I kinda quit the game because even the support team haven't done anything about this bug since like 2019 :/ honestly kinda wack
