Activate "G" for docking. After docking there is a locked door inside with a panel (interact with "F"), asking for a code. I don't know the code though. (Well, at least I'm no longer falling through the floor / glitching into space as happened two patches earlier.)
Inside this room you can find damaged Datapad it gives you:
1) Equipment - MK9 cannon, reactor and something ellse dont remember
2) Lucidity cruiser blueprints - 88 tiles ship
3) 100000 credits
Thats all you can get from this Nibiru hideout room :-(((

I'm still on my old savegames from pre-patch / didn't start over though.
(Right beside the plaque is the woman (Dana Nechayev) who asked me to take revenge for her boy, after I completed the quest, so sometimes I press "F" I actually interact with her, instead of the plaque, but still: each time I think I interact with the plaque, absolutely nothing happens.)
P.S.: the guy telling the location of the asteroid is not in "Noctae", but in "Geminorum" - as far as I know there is no Chemrock Mining rig in Noctae - it is in Geminorum. But I still don't know the code as mentioned above.)
I see a marker for the "Plaque" on the map, but there is nothing at that spot when I go there.
Does anyone have the code that they can spoil?
As for the actual chain of clues for the mission: the first one is from the barkeeper that gives you the rumor, and the second (actual coordinates of the asteroid) comes from one of the Chemrock mining facilities after you get access to it.
I've tried pushing random buttons on the pad to see if they do anything different, like if some are worn or have other hints -- but they all seem to produce the same sequence of text.
It is a well made little puzzle, with all the pieces provided for you through the game as you play. So you're not required to do any tedious surveys of every floating rock in the game, just keep playing normally and you get everything you need.
That is, assuming the Plaque shows up properly.

you can open it in Notepade++
back when I did this previously it was EA and the asset hadn't been placed yet. But there is a statue and plaque now in the casino.
I think the rewards might have changed also, or maybe the blueprint changed. This was a great game.
Once you unlock access, the people inside should give you the clue.
That's total of 2 clues. Position and Code, I assume. To Ankhet!
I have lifted the lockdown. Not sure if this is necessary.
