Hi there!
Yes, we have planned to have a Russian translation for the full release of the game.

At the moment we have a number of languages in the options menu, which uses google translations (mainly for us to see if all languages will fit text boxes). For the full release, we hope to have all those languages properly translated and implemented in the game.

Hi there,
Due to time constraints we have not been able to implement translations for the full release. This is something we want to work on in the upcoming period of time.
