What does the dark green mean?
Maybe I'm just slow, but I can't seem to figure out what the dark green around the hexes means. At first I thought it meant that those spaces are correct, but the more I play the more I realize that this isn't the case. This is never explained in the game. Please help.

I actually figured it out and went on to 100% the game later that day, but yeah it seems to mean that the section is complete but not necessarily that the numbers are correct.
