Set Up Dialog Box appears when I start game

Every time I start the game, the Set Up box (graphics setup) pops up. Is this intended or is there a way to turn this off?

You can run `SOVIET64.exe` from the installation directory.

I posted this to another thread earlier,

Just put this in your launch options:

"D:\Steam\steamapps\common\SovietRepublic\SOVIET64.exe" %command%

Obviously change the path to wherever your install is, and delete the 64 if you're still on windows 7. This bypasses the launcher and just starts the game.
