Sorry for you having issues and welcome to the forum.

The developer is ultra fast in updating and repsonding usually within minutes, but around these holidays it might take a bit longer (hours instead of minutes).

Don't you see the icons at all? Is it a save game you continue from the previous version? Are the icons greyed out?

I also play the last version and I did not experience both issues of missing build road icon or missing repair mine icons. I also doesn't read anything yet in the forums.
Except when running out of resources.

Feel free also use the Discord. Pavel, the dev will respond in detail to you.

In the mean time maybe start a new game and see what happens?

Eevntually already make a detail description of the exact situation accomplied by a screenhot (F12 on steam and post a link to it in your post).

Why exactly cannot you build roads? Is the action button in the action bar? Is it grayed out? What the tooltip says. I would really appreciate if you send me your save file so I can check out. We were testing the game for many days in number of people and we havent identified any issues like that.
