What resolution and anti-aliasing do you use ? The best AA in this game is TXAA, the FXAA is blurry.
I play in 2k with TXAA my game is beautiful.

TAA is poorly implemented in this game. Look up how to make it better, you will need to edit an config file. Chromatic abberation could also make your image look blurry. You can't turn it off, you'll need to edit a config file as well.

If you're willing to invest in a fix, what works well for these style of graphics is to run them in a lower Windowed resolution, and then use Lossless Scaling to upscale it to full screen

You can choose different upscaling methods depending on what looks better. And this should improve the overall look considerably

I did the same with Metaphor Refantazio recently, before they finally implemented AA options

Set Post Processing Quality to low or mid, otherwise you will enjoy console's soap all over the place.

Changing resolution (from 1080p to 1440p?), is what removed the grain for me along with a positive color/contrast change.
