Everything is Gone
Extremely confused. I purchased the full versions and all DLC. I was 1300+ for my level. I have no music content, no unlocked content, no selective images, and I've been taken back down to level 1.

When I tried to log in the first time today, it crashed my computer entirely. Reloaded, and it wiped EVERYTHING.

How does one... Fix this? Or cope with this?

Playing a Default song all the way through should instantly restore all DLCs that you own, and then restarting that game after that should hopefully prompt the cloud data sync prompt so that you can get your level back (you might also just need to make sure you're signed in)

A month later and I respond--

This worked, kind of. All the content is back which was the main concern I had, but my levels are all gone. Oh well-- Guess that's just an excuse to play more game. Thank you very much for your help!

Always backup your saves in Muse Dash. These are very common recurring topics and I always say that. I backup mine every once in a while, like when getting a new 100% or something. Devs should put it in a pin to backup saves if they don't intend to fix it.

Just to add more information, a long time ago, I had a power outage while playing a game.
When I restarted the game, it showed me as level 1. Luckily, the game's backup feature saved me.

However, more recently, while updating my mod and editing a line of code incorrectly, I ended up corrupting my save game xD. I went from level 2000 to 1000.

BTW the save file is at "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Steam\MuseDash\".
