On November 14, 2024, Bullet Runner is coming out on PC, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. The game is ready, it's beautifully boomer, it's a shooter that'll keep your blood pressure climbing higher and higher.

Bullet Runner is a boomer shooter. Twin-stick shooter. Shooter. Full 10 hours of explosive action with baddies - massive armies of enemies swarming all over you and your mission is a simple one: destroy them all.

What! Fifty thousand players for Bullet Runner: The First Slaughter!

To celebrate this quite humbling mass of people slaying their controllers we wanted to make a new devlog to tell a bit about what we have been doing lately for the game, and what's coming soon also to the free prologue version.

We have been listening and watching the community playing the game and based on that we have improved game design, level design, enemies, and performance. And like the title said, there's some extra juicy visual enhancements: keyword volumetric fog.

Based on feedback from players, we have added more parkour into the game. Parkouring adds a new level of excitement and immersion to the game. Many players have enjoyed the fluidity and speed of the parkour moves, as well as the ability to seamlessly combine them with shooting and combat.

Parkour sections encourage exploration and experimentation, as they can be used to discover hidden areas and shortcuts throughout the game.


Bullet Runner has similar parkour mechanics to Doom Eternal. Normally people love or hate this. But I assure you that parkouring in Bullet Runner is really fun.
