Has anyone else encountered a glitch where you don't go where you click and instead go to a tile around where you click, I would like a fix if anyone has one

I just spent nearly 10 bucks on these 2 games and neither of them work. They both don`t include a character model to edit when you first start, and when you first start a fight it becomes a white screen and nothing ends up happening. I played the game for like 20 minutes before I got off for the night. The next morning when I tried to launch the game it got stuck on the beginning loading screen with the guy holding the potion. I can't understand what it want to let me pass i have gone to the 19 level of the pyramid, i have pulled the leveler to open the door and the door is opened but when i try to go to lower (20 level of the pyramid) it says "The steps down are blocked by heavy rubble, you can go no further.
