Possible bug in Episode 4 (SPOILER)

Close to the end of Episode 4 when you play as the cat, you are supposed to be able to pick up a rock at the top right corner of the first screen. However in my game there is no such hotspot, and for that reason I am unable to continue pas this point
(I looked at a walkthrough when i got stuck which clearly shows the hotspot)

Is this a known bug or am I missing something ?

Hello!
In order for the cat to be able to raise the stone, it is necessary to try to catch the rat, and then look and use the hole. Then the stone can be picked up.
