Do owners of the full game at least get the game for free?

I got the full game and played the free episode and wouldn't want to buy the full game a second time

That's kind of a dirty trick though since a lot of people would have played the free version of episode 1 so they could get a perfect game (100% achievements), but now u r taking away the perfect game by adding dlc for the other episodes.

If we wanted to play all of the episodes we would've bought the full game with all of the episodes included (which i was planning on doing once the game had a sales price that my family could afford).

Yes, u will probably make some extra sales from achievement hunters who will buy the dlc so they can get the perfect game back again, but since u never said that u would b adding the dlc episodes to this "free" game, i think this is a bad decision & it's possibly due to the sales figures of the full game not being where u wanted/though they would be.

Anyway, like i said at the beginning, i think this is a dirty trick by the dev's/marketing team & i'll b sure to remember this when i'm thinking of purchasing any games made by this dev in the future.

Sorry for this situation, but we added DLC for people who are interested in the story. This is what so many people have asked for. This is not for the sake of a collection of achivments, because the adventures are built around history.

Now they will be sold separately. You can buy a season, you can buy each episode separately. We can not do it otherwise, it will break the rules of Steam.

You can remove episode 2,3,4 achievements from this game

If we remove all the achievements, then those players who buy other episodes will not get them. We provide all the content that gives a full season.

I think what people are meaning is that u should sell Ep's 2, 3, & 4 as seperate products, which would have their own entry in peoples library, & each episode would have achievements for only that episode.

An example of this would b the Snail Trek series, which is 4 episodes long & each episode is sold as a seperate game/library entry.

The Snail Trek series was not 4 seperate stories, it was 1 story divided into 4 chapters, so that argument dosen't really work.

Steam rules or not, I do think that is the best option for everyone. Please remove added achievements. And thank you for the time you took to address this issue.

We will add episodes for those players who are interested in the story. And we do not want to litter the library of players with five games, if we can make them as DLС

It is unfair to get a free episode of the game, which is based on history and want only achievements from it.
