I can't steer the vehicle, it keeps turning left all the time, and sometimes it doesn't react to the throttle. I can't even pass tutorial because it is impossible to steer.

I have exactly the same problem as Konrad.I tried to configure the keys of the steering wheel. As I accelerate,the car goes to the right.It accelerates itself.I can just brake.Could not finish the tutorial.
I have a G29.There is only the steering wheel that is plugged into usb(except the keyboard and the mouse).I don't have the folder "SteeringWheelConfigs" in the "Saved" folder.

You need to create the folder "SteeringWheelConfigs" in the folder "Saved".
Then you start the game.
Normally patch V.06 fixes this problem.
