[Gamebreaking bug] Lot 192
I won't go into spoiler details but there is an item called lot 192, an item which you have to collect two of. I got the first one fine and after fighting my way to the second...it won't let me pick it up, it says that i already have the maximum of this item which is wierd.

This is story progression, if i can't pick it up then i can't progress, i tried reloading to an earlier save and doing it again but the same thing happens, i tried restarting the game but that doesn't make a difference, i can't find any solutions to this problem online either.

I know you asked this question months ago, but now I have the same problem.

Did you ever figure out how to solve the problem?

I did not, i have since restarted the game twice and encoutnered the same bug so i just gave up an uninstalled the game.

The problem is you used either a trainer or another cheat for unlimited ammo/items. You'll have to go back to before you pickup the FIRST lot 192 (With your cheats disabled).

I personally didn't use any cheats, the only game i've tried to use a trainer with is Dark Souls and that made the game boring as hell, i haven't used a trainer since.

I'm having the same problem right now... I'm using the bullets and everything to try to pick it up more items
