very minor easily fixable issue, but for some reason, the game makes another extra W4RR-io-RS folder within the game folder in steamapps/common where all the files are kept when the game is downloaded. can this folder be taken out so that it's not necessary to move all the files back a folder every time the game is reinstalled?...

When I start to download the game it says 0 bytes to download.

Win98 didn't run on a 386. It had issues with allowable memory that made it struggle under Win95.
