Hi guys!

State of War 1 supports 1920x1080, however Warmonger officially can't go higher than 1024x768.

However after some puzzling with the file "State of War.cfg" in hex editor, I was able to get Warmonger to also work at 1920x1080.

Two methods:

METHOD 1 (EASY): download my config file and overwrite yours:

METHOD 2 (HARD): edit your config file. Steps:

1) make sure the game is set at 1024 x 768 first

2) download any hex editor, I used Frhed (free)

3) open file and read the data as 32-bit integers.

For example, I see 3 hexadecimal values of "64 00 00 00", this is decimal for "100" which is actually the 3 volume options. (if you use different volume level, this number will be different)

When the in-game resolution is set to 1024 x 768, you should see "00 04 00 00" and "00 03 00 00" which, because of endianess, must be read as "00 00 04 00" and "00 00 03 00" in hex, which is decimal for 1024 and 768 (you don't need to calculate numbers, just use Windows Calculator in Programmer Mode)

4) Change "00 04 00 00" to "80 07 00 00"
and
"00 03 00 00" to "38 04 00 00"

5) Enjoy! Note the settings will not show the resolution, but when you start the game it should work fine :)
