Cant Charge freddy or call him

I've reached 6am and iono why but when i go to a recharge station it dosent let me charge freddy and i cant call him even when im close by him (idk why this happens maybe its a part of the game but im not sure)

Mechanical has Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach

Use the elevator for the DJ arcade as that has a trigger to unlocking him. Crawl into the duct in the corner of the atrium, then back out again, as that also has a trigger for locking/unlocking him.
