Bug Reports
We've been seeing a lot of bug reports today, so here's a place to put them. From here on out, report the bugs you experience here. All community guidelines still apply, please be respectful to the developers. Also, always be on topic, you are here to either report an issue or help someone fix their issue. Anything else will be counted as spam.

Also, I would HIGHLY recommend sending your reports to SteelWool directly, as they are more likely to be seen there. Only submit reports directly if you're sure the bug you're encountering is the fault of the game's programming, and not an error on your end. i got softlocked right about halfway into the game (painful)

it's the part right after the part where you get chased around by weeping-angel endos and you get the level 4 clearance, if you go back to save after the cutscene where venessa interrogates freddy about the faz-watch while he's in a "maintenance cylinder" with his head detatched, whenever you back to the door with windows around it, you can't open the door despite having the clearance and freddy is missing from seat, (side note, it's really funny how all the sections where freddy should be unable to help you, you can still call him with "Q" and he will just stand there and look at you but doesn't let you go inside). i really hope this gets fixed soon because i've tried a lot of things like going to different areas to re-trigger events and come back but it doesn't work, i don't have any other save files.

Ray Tracing / DLSS. Too much of a frame drop compared to Cyberpunk 2077.

4k Support. Not sure if that's a bug or It's just not currently planned.


Edit:

Daycare Center seems to have allot of bugs surrounding it.

There is a glitch when you get the flashlight. It will not turn on. I reported it to steel wool, however, I can't continue the game without the flashlight.

When I'm using the watch to look through cameras while hiding, I get a BSOD. Hell, I got one while riding in Freddy. Also At one point, it bluescreened while the program was minimized and I was looking at something else.

I have sent this report to Steel Wool as well.

want to start off by mentioning the specs of my pc. running an rtx3060ti, ryzen5 5600x, and 16gigs of ddr4 ram. ive only played with raytracing so i cant vouch for the issue without it, but there is major screen tearing, and what makes it worse is the lack of v-sync option. dont know if it was intentional but ive noticed at multiple points that mirrors werent working. on a second playthrough of night 1, i found that the game wouldnt allow me to exit freddies room after obtaining the card nor would it let me leave his suit.

this just happened to me! im furious! hours of gameplay lost!!

Having an issue with the lockdown for level 2(?) 3rd floor security office. During the lockdown both animatronics are acting as in they see me and just stand infront of the door and the doors run out of power.
They both just glare at the door.. can't get past the lockdown because of this.

After encountering Music Man and sliding down the vent, the world didn't load but I was able to move and see doorways. I walked around for a moment in confusion before the world loaded in, and when it did I was pinned behind an object with no way to get out aside from quitting the game.

Same. I thought I was maybe doing something wrong, but the fact that this happened every time for 5 times in a row made me think otherwise. Not to mention, at least for me, the FPS looks janky af, and at most times some of the camera feeds don't even show up on your watch! The segment with the animatronics outside of the office doors for Security Level 2 Clearance, for example; I didn't even know I could watch the cameras for them, because they never appeared when I pulled up my watch!

Same here. Moondrop just kills me out of nowhere. I have no idea how to avoid him other then just run.

Not sure if it's the same bug, or even meant to be a bug, but anytime I enter a recharge station my flashlight won't work after leaving until I charge it. Perhaps that could help if you haven't tried so already?
