If you played a match with someone who was cheating (and they later on got banned) you will lose the % you gained with them.

If you won a match against someone who was cheating (and they later on got banned) you will lose the % you gained from them.

If you receive a big ELO reduction (significant amount of ELO or even several ranks) then most likely someone you played a lot with got banned for cheating.

These are the most common reasons for random/small ELO reductions.

Also , Can you please fix this Competitive matchups , it soesnt make any sense to get gold or silver rank in your team when youre master rank . this game sinks since i played it last im sorry to say this but too many cheaters around and its impossible to play solo because of match ups . its so bad .
