This going to work for android? I saw windows phone app mentioned but nothing else.

tbh to avoid confusion through ambiguity I would suggest altering the description slightly

Gamiflux Server streams your game's from your Personal Computer. With the help of Gamiflux Server, you can play PC games with mouse&keyboard on your Windows notebook/tablet or with a controller on your Windows phone or Microsoft console.
