Hello everyone!

It's launch day and of course with launch comes many bugs, crashes, headaches and other issues, and that comes with a lot of fixing, there are several outlets available to report bugs and issues you are having like Discord, but to really help Admin, pulling the Output_Log.txt text document out of your Dead Frontier 2 folder and sending it via a support ticket on the Dead Frontier 2 Support website may be an easier way to do it.

But first, Step by step on how to get to the Output_log.txt

1) Right click Dead Frontier 2 in your game library
2) Click Settings
3) Click local files, click "Browse Local Files"
4) The Dead Frontier 2 steam folder will pop up, click DeadFrontier 2_Data
5) Locate the Output_log.txt file (punch it into the search bar.
6) copy the text file, paste it to your desktop.

Now that you have the text file head over to http://support.deadfrontier2.com/

1) Start a Discussion
2) Fill out all of the information boxes, Select Category and select Bug/Technical Issues from the dropdown list
3) in the main text box below subject, describe the bug/issue you've described, please do your best to do this the best you can.
4) Click attach File, go to where you pasted the Output_log.txt and click open, it will attach the file to your ticket. (Why you copy/paste to desktop, makes this step less of a headache)
5) Verify you're human, for spam protection purposes. Then create ticket.

What does this do?

Providing the Output_log.txt is one of the better ways to locate errors that cause bug/crashes and the like, and if more then one person is having the same issue it will be easier to find the problem, it's really the easiest way to help out Admin figure out what is causing that, just be sure to include a good description of the bug!

In the meantime, one of the community members whipped up a quick fix guide for a few known issues until a fix has been made.
