Collection 2 will freeze if the game is left on pause for more than a few minutes.

X5: It’s amazing that this followed up X4. It’s laggier than X4, its levels and designs aren’t as pretty as X4’s, it feels like blueprint that was later perfected and made into X4.

X6: Yeah it’s difficult, but infinite retries without game overs evens things out. Not as good as X4, but it fixes a lot of the issues I had with X5. In my opinion, you can stop playing the X series after this one.

X7: I don’t like this one. Difficulty ranges from trivially easy to infuriatingly cheap. Combat is floaty and bosses are boring. I honestly have no idea what they were thinking with this one.

X8: This might be the worst one. Some things in it are better than X7, such as the core gameplay and boss balancing. Unfortunately, it retains all the cheap difficulty spikes from X7, with added tedious and gimmicky levels.

Ignoring X6 and X7, this is still good enough.

luv this game so much, but play x7 to get achivement is so much painful.
