Think something like Metroid Prime, but with Mega Man theme. There's also Mega Man 64 (Legend for PS1), but it's forgotten now. Thoughts?

How does this game compare to the other Mega Man (main series) games? It is the best one so far or there are better Mega Man main series games? If so which ones you rank above this one?

I tried it for a level and it felt like it trivialized the gear system a fair bit. Made things a fair bit easier, but without it, I feel like I'm playing it as the devs intended, since I'm now utilizing the gear system far more. Anyways, been playing through the entire classic franchise over the last few months, with this as the culimation, and I think this might be the best Mega Man since 7. Really fun stuff....
