sadly it dose not ive seen this issue with quite a few steam decks including my and my roommates oled steam deck

I have no idea why. I downloaded it and played it fine. You could try going into properties and forcing a different Proton such as the Proton 10 that’s in beta. Or try the latest version of GE Proton. The game does work; I assure you. All my play time (which was only one play through) was done on the Deck. Typically I understand PC games not working for every configuration out there. But on a Steam Deck where everyone is running the same hardware, results should be the same as far as just getting the game to launch.
