Logging into a black void and i have no idea what to do

I'm on the Valve Index and when I start Neos VR I'm in a checkerboard void with cubes flying around and no options to do anything that I can figure out. Wout do I do?

NeosVR is no longer in development. Get Resonite instead

Yeah, but want to delete my account, and thats only doable via ingame chat, but my menu ist toally black -.-

The devs have shut down the game and migrated their services. Anything & everything that was Neos is now Resonite.

nope i contacted Resonite and they said i still need to write with NeosVR Support because they have NOTHING to do anymore with them.
