The tool is the scraper. Don't do it. You'll only get a few ice chunks & an aluminum back.

I broke one apart with a scraper once, but I thought I basically just broke it. I was hoping there'd be a way to get it back and move it :/

Don't know how many times already I wish I could tie a tow line and move one...

Put a couple in some bad spots... tearing them down is a better solution because getting confused to which one I need to go to can lead to a deadly mistake (cold).

You need a Scrapper to dismantle oxygen station. You can get the Scrapper blueprint in an electrified zone, very close to the freezing zone. You'll get it from the hands of a body holding two cables.
