Anyone hosting any servers anymore
Is anyone playing the game with private servers or is it really empty?

Not the answer your looking for but how does one host a server there? do you need to pay for something? Haven't played for a while.

I think you can pay to host but people use steamdb or dedicated servers to host it

you have to port forward, someone made a tutorial about it tho im not sure if its well made https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1224972239 even if you do manage to host i don't think anyone will come, the game is pretty much dead at this point
