I'm done with this crap. It works 100% on my other pc, 100% problems on this. How can I play mega race 2 w/o mega race 1? Mega race 2 started with 0 problems

This game doesn't even count your playtime on Steam properly. I've had it on for probably 30 minutes or so total and it still only shows 1 minute. For whatever reason it does not count your playtime properly.
