Don't you know that textures (which are skins and other things) take up the most storage space for games?

30gb is small by modern standards, it was like the standard a decade ago. If it's too much space new storage is cheap these days.

Cs2 is better when you have it uninstalled, you will regret every second you waste on downloading and playing the 30 gb

it's for all the skins that you never use and/or see.
you also cannot disable them for competitive so you better deal with it.
we were able to do that in cs 1.6 but we lost that technology.

like the moon man. we flew to the moon when our computers were about as strong as calculators but now it's very difficult for us because we somehow lost the technology.
