I had that issue 3 updates ago, I reinstalled Steam and CS2 and it's normal now.

Yeah the game micro stutters randomly. It's worse when things like Discord or a browser is running in the background. The intro where it shows your teammates stutters massively in general no matter what.

Prob your cheats coupled with the horrible coding causing these

oh yes by the way, for some reason I've had to minimize discord for quite a while now (like for a month already) when I'm playing CS2 or PUBG or really any game, otherwise the game hitches whenever something changes in Discord's window, even if Discord isn't visible, it's a Discord bug I guess, it's using hardware acceleration and it must be clogging up the whole GPU to display the changes
