No worries mate, there is a lot of people having the same issue (me included) and the reason is probably due the last cs update, everytime valve release an update of this kind (including a new map) they break the game and make players have bad performance, even if you have a good pc.
So all i can say, its just wait till they release and update and fix the game they broke...

Welcome to cs2,
I personally noticed that my trash PC can run RDR2 better and smoother than CS2
which is concerning since both are on a different league from each other, one being more graphics and memory intensive

3070 Ti is more than enough for CS2. As long as you have a good CPU CS2 runs pretty well even on a moderate and older GPU.

Well, it's actually not THAT good in 2024 anymore. Especially if you are on the 1440p train. You'll get more performance out of 4070 with less money. 3070Ti's cost-performance ratio is god awful.
