Would grab this while it's on sale if you're interested.
It's a good and fun game but pretty short and the multiplayer is dead so keep that in mind.

Gameplay is solid and fun, good sniping mechanics and the bulletcam is fun. The levels are not too big or too short and are all enjoyable.

It runs smooth and looks clean as well.

The 100% is quite enjoyable too, some challenging achievements but nothing too bad.
You'll need a friend to farm the multiplayer achievements with though (which there are quite a few of) since as I mentioned before there's nobody in public games.
Besides that there's only 1 annoying achievement which is to get 40 hours game time (in mission time, not steam time) even though getting all the other achievements didn't even get me half of that time which meant I had to leave the game running afk 20hours+ just to get it.

It's fine.
Looks a bit more modern, but the gameplay shows its age.

The first few missions are fine, but very soon you have enemies instantly spot you through walls, floors, any kind of cover. Especially when they sit in gun emplacements they just have map-wide wall-hack and will always instantly know where you are and shoot you.
Same for enemy snipers, which will always surprise you the first time, often because they don't even spawn in yet, and then again because they just always instantly spot you.
With that, stealth was essentially impossible in the later missions, which made the game a lot less fun.

Apart from that, the main story campaign can be completed in 6ish hours. Just a few missions, very linear.
It was OK fun but I got this game for free at some point, probably would not have wanted to pay more than 5€ for this. The later Sniper Elite games definitely polished up the gameplay and AI more.
