game crashes after loading game save, it runs on my steam deck but not on PC suddenly it was running before but when I launched it again it wont work anymore. anyone know a fix?

I see that they stopped selling deluxe edition and instead its now platinum edition. how do you buy the platinum if you have deluxe? i want the extra DLC #5 content.

For some reason the controller doesnt work with the game as stated above. Whats also wierd is that someone offered a steam_api.dll and when i replace mine with that in the games directory it works. The only problem is that it wipes my save file. Things Ive tried prior to this; Making sure the controllers plugged in before launching/ Launched using big picture mode Disabling steam inputs.
