Every once an a while, the game with randomly speed up to far beyond playable levels. The animations don't speed up, the entire game speeds up. I don't know how else to describe it except for it being like the frame rate suddenly becoming uncapped. A restart of the game via the Select button fixes this. Not gamebreaking, but certainly annoying...
